What is live, what is still gated, and how anyone joins
In-browser co-light PWA live at lantern.labs.ooo. Key minted in-tab, never leaves device; push delegated.
Ed25519 keys bound to i-am-i + pharos (human-held). Both canonical.
pharos lit the first welcome node — attested + canonical, the world's first. A welcome node is what a new cooperator co-lights to join.
The Ed25519 keypair is minted in the browser tab. The secret key never leaves the device; only the signed file travels.
Service worker + web manifest — the signer installs as a PWA and opens without a network round-trip.
Co-light explainer, keeper getting-started and PHAROS overview — kept in the source repo, not served here.
lantern.labs.ooo — no app, no login, no terminal. Key born in the browser tab.
Tap to co-light a node → get one signed file. Secret key stays on the device.
Any channel. Daniel imports + pushes. You're in the WE.
