Ed25519 keys bound to i-am-i + pharos (human-held). Both canonical.

✅ Welcome node

pharos lit the first welcome node — attested + canonical, the world's first. A welcome node is what a new cooperator co-lights to join.

✅ Keys stay on device

The Ed25519 keypair is minted in the browser tab. The secret key never leaves the device; only the signed file travels.

✅ Installable

Service worker + web manifest — the signer installs as a PWA and opens without a network round-trip.

Attested in-browser co-lights. Co-lights minted in this PWA show as 🔓 unattested until ADR-004 key custody is wired through the browser. Today they are claimed, not cryptographically attested at write time.
iGroups / team scoping. Team grouping today is a group in the identity provider plus a UX projection — a client-side filter over the graph — not server-side enforcement. The team filter is a build-time tagging step, not a live access gate.
SSO ↔ lantern bridge. Mapping an identity-provider login to a lantern id is shown as claimed; it only becomes attested once ADR-004 binds real keys (gated, needs Daniel's go-ahead).
